Im so happy we got the his platform! Very easy to assemble and use, I use it almost daily while watching TV. With different modes, can be used to exercise, for linfatic massage or to relax. Comes with some handles to help squats too.

The box arrived damaged by the carrier, but everything was fine on the inside because they packed it well and used more expensive packing materials than I’m used to seeing. The ad gives the dimensions as 19.7 x 13.4 x 4.7 inches but the picture on the title page gives the impression it is larger. Though small, the machine is tougher than it looks. It’s pretty darn light but it isn’t fragile. Set up was quick and simple. I think the hardest bit was putting the 2 AAA batteries into the remote (and obviously that wasn’t hard). If you were motivated, you could be using it five minutes after it arrives at your door – as long as you had an outlet nearby. The power cord is a bit short at four feet.I’ve never used a vibration plate machine before, so I really didn’t know what to expect or even how to use it. The user manual that comes with the machine has an exercise posture reference chart that shows eight various stances and workout positions such as ‘squatting stance’ and ‘upper body workout’. There is a second exercise posture reference that also has eight exercises and how to incorporate the machine into those exercises. i.e. sit-ups, squats, lunges, etc. I do wish the manual would have explained what muscle group each exercise targeted and/or how using the machine to do conventional exercises like sit-ups are beneficial. However, since every body is different, I would have taken such info as a guide only.I’ve been using this daily for two weeks to get a feel for it. I do 10 minutes a day of exercise but primarily I use it for increasing blood circulation in my legs by resting my feet or legs on it while watching television. The ad declares this to be both ‘silent operation’ and ‘low noise operation’ and obviously it can’t be both, but it IS low noise. I watch television with the volume on 5 and with the machine on I only have to increase the volume to 6 to hear as well. If someone else was using it on the other side of the living room, I don’t have to increase the volume at all. There is no doubt my legs feel better after a session and I’m sleeping better, too. I’m not done exploring all the ways I can use this little device but I’m very happy with it and would order it again.

I've been dealing with body pain, which I believe is partly due to inflammation. At 62, this isn't unusual. A friend of mine swears by her vibration machine, especially for inflammation, so I decided to try the APUOCE Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. It appeared to be well-made and is at a good price point. Please note, it's clear that the images of the models using the machine were Photoshopped. I read the specifications before ordering, so I knew the machine was smaller than pictured, but it is a good size. After unboxing, I started by attaching the tension bar/band assembly to the machine. There are carabiner-type clips at the end of each band designed to fit through holes found on tabs of the machine. It was quite difficult to press these clips into place. Firstly, they should have been larger, making it easier to loop into the provided holes. Additionally, the clips were very stiff and hard to press. The difficult assembly, combined with the fact that the tension bands offer little resistance, makes this assembly a poor design overall. However, you can work around this by winding the bands around the bar for more resistance. I then attempted to plug the machine into the wall, but since the provided cord was only about 3 feet long, I had to get an extension. This isn't a showstopper, but a longer cord would be really nice. Once the machine was ready to go, I attempted a 20-minute exercise routine, which was a big mistake. I couldn't move the next day and avoided using the machine for a while.Eventually, I started easing into it by first resting my feet on it to get my blood flowing. I have restless legs, and this seems to alleviate some of the creepy crawly feelings I get in the evenings. I have since progressed to sitting in a lotus position, which has a calming effect. Although I'm still afraid to stand because of how my back felt when I did so, I'm gradually discovering the benefits of the machine. I'm being very careful but believe I will find more benefits over time. The machine appears to be very well-made, especially for the price, and should hopefully last a while. If you've been wanting to try a vibration machine, I think this is a great entry-level option that will provide many benefits to come.
