High quality, solid set of spark plug removers, if you're going to be doing your own spark plugs often or even more than once in your lifetime you may as well invest in some that'll last and do the job well, these haven't disappointed.

These things work great. No more worrying about dropping a spark plug when removing or installing, no more worrying about the rubber from the standard plug sockets staying on the plug. It's a no brainer

After a bad experience using generic rubber sockets where a broken spark plug was dropped out and porcelain shards fell into the engine and causing a valve to get bent, I elected to never ever use them ever again.Saw South Main Auto on YouTube use these in a video and elected to buy them immediately.I am just a hobbyist mechanic so I don't use them very often, but when I do need to change or remove spark plugs, they are FANTASTIC. No need to find your extensions, no need to worry about awkward angles of the engine, just crack 'em loose and they're all out in minutes.And if you run into a broken plug like I did, these won't drop them!I wish the kit came with a basic 9/16" socket with no extension for use on engines where the spark plugs are on the side, like rotary engines (considering this is where I find myself changing plugs most often), but it does not detract from the kit at all.

I use this tool almost every day. It's magnetic sockets are game changers. No more losing the rubber thing in those old ones and having to fish out plugs and extensions. This tool makes any engine work a breeze. Very well made.

Anyone who's changed spark plugs before knows the fun of using the old style spark plug sockets with the rubber insert and an extension. If your socket is fairly new they tend to stick on spark plugs and if you need an extension to clear the engine, that can lead to a lot of issues getting the socket off the spark plug. These Astro Pneumatic spark plug sockets solve the issue in two ways. One the sockets use magnetic retention which supports and holds the spark plug well, but releases easier. Two, the extension is an integral part of the socket and has a built in swivel, so it can't detach from the socket when removing the socket from the spark plug and it allows you to maneuver around obstacles in the engine bay thanks to the swivel feature.In terms of sizing, you get a 6 inch and 10 inch version of 5/8 spark plug sockets (the most common spark plug size), a 6 inch 9/16 (14mm) socket and a 6 inch 13/16 socket which should cover most spark plugs you'll come across. I'd highly recommend getting a set of these before doing your next set of spark plugs. They just make the job so much easier to do.

This Toolkit is worth its Price and Keep only had the Tools for a few Weeks and there already paid themselves. No fighting with the Socket do to it being stuck on the Plug or having to need pliers to extract the plug out of its hole.I love this little kit would by it over and over again.

I heard about these on the South Main Auto channel - so I ordered a set for my use now that plugs are usually DEEP into the head on newer cars.These feel like a quality set of plug sockets - easy to manipulate and have good, strong magnets in them.Granted - I have not yet put them into use as I don't have a spark plug replacement job scheduled. But they are ready to go when I do.

I finally made the jump to buy theses extended reach spark plug sockets. I am so glad I did. These are a great value for the $$$. If you are doing any maintenance on your own vehicles, lawn mowers, gas trimmers, ETC, a product such as these are essential. The sockets are magnetic to hold the spark plug firmly in place during installation and removal. The sockets swivel at the base and do not come separate so your socket can not disappear into the engine. Finally you get all the spark plug sizes in one packet!
