Sump pump drain pipe was clogged, needed to blowout pip with “ballon” … ran hose connection to wall water supply behind washer/dryer … put y-splitter on other end of hose connecting one side of splitter to ballon … turned on water at wall, when ballon was into drain pipe turned on water on splitter side … 1-person solution if you have right tool = y-splitter

The two tabs to turn water on/off are not constructed for human thumbs or fingers! There should be enlarged flat flanges on each for easy turning.

It seems very sturdy, but the threads were "off" a bit and defective and couldn't hook it to anything (I have other hose diverters that work just fine), but after sending a photo to their customer service they were great and gave me the refund! great customer service

No instructions made it more difficult to use. I couldn't get the levers to turn so my husband grabs some pliers and with them he got it to move. I was about to do a return, which I hate doing. Seems durable and put it right to work!

Bought this splitter to attach an automatic garden sprinkler and it worked as described. There was some water leak but nothing that couldn't be solved with some plumber's tape and rubber rings.

We use this with our Motorhomes. Bums me out that I have left this twice at our campsite with the quick connectors. An expensive mistake. Now I use the small hole they provide to attach a cable wire so I can not forget them when disconnecting the hose. A little feature some might overlook.It is a great all brass two way connector. I like that even the knobs are brass. They are plastic on ones I have bought before and the plastic breaks. The brass knobs are a nice addition
