This does not provide complete protection of hood nose on 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. Only covers half of the hood nose.

The product itself is good and easy to install. However, the vendor took 3weeks to get it delivered. It does not have 3M tape for installation. It only comes up the front of the hood part way. Not that I don't like it, I just wish the fit and finish was better illustrated at time of purchase.

I needed to exchange this one. Although this matches the holes and “fits” as described it is a low profile model and looks funny on a 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500HD with the high profile hood. I was mislead.Amazon closed the return window very quick. I was getting the hood painted before I knew the above. The seller just past it back to Amazon. Can't exchange....cheez

This product is amazing. Perfect fit, complete with all necessary hardware. They even include little bumpers for the hood in case strong wind/whatever flexes the deflector into the hood. Installed in 5 minutes and it is extremely durable and classy looking on the vehicle. Would recommend to everyone. At this price, you simply cant beat this value.
