I'm sure this works fine in the Autopot setup, but a couple minor tweaks.First of all is weight or some way of keeping it flat. It's very light and floats and twists easily. Parts need to move, so there's not a good way I've found yet to secure it. You have to secure the hose, and that's not super easy since there's a curl or twist in most tubing.Second is water depth. Once again, I'm sure the brand specific trays are plenty deep and i think they're meant for full sized plants, not late stage seed starting like I'm using them for, but they could expand the usefulness by having them keep the water just a little shallower.Otherwise great product.
