I would rather have larger bell boots than too small so I can’t complain! I have a 15 hand fine boned Arabian and a medium had to be adjusted as tight as possible to fit him. Small would have worked best I think. However at the end of the day they work nicely! He had a heel bulb laceration that I’m hoping these will help continue to heal.

My horse injured his coronet band on his hind leg, so all I could think to do was protect it until the vet could see it. I put the Back On Track bell boots on and I must say, 5 days later, when the vet came out, it was already looking better. The vet just said to keep the boots on because if he injures it again it could really set him back. I kept these boots on him for 12 weeks strait, 24 hours a day, through riding and turnout. They have held up really well. I was concerned about the reviews that said the Velcro was tearing but mine show no signs of wear. I’m really pleased with the results. These photos are the day I discovered the injury and 12 weeks later.

These really help our mare that has a low ringbone in her hoof capsule. The velcro is good. We use them when she's in our very large pen unless its muddy and also use them when she's in or tied to the trailer. Use them a few hours a day. This mare wears a large in professional choice bell boots for competition. I read the review that said they run large so I ordered her a medium and they are BIG. Which I had gotten the small. We fold the middle piece of velcro over so it is only half as long, the velcro. It stays on that way, and if I ever need to use them on a draft horse, they should work.

Great concept to keep circulation in the feet, however, the risk with those types of Bootes is that they can rub and cause sores under the fetlock. Unfortunately, they had to go back.

I love these bell boots. They work really well. The only problem is they run big. My horse wears a size large in the professional choice boots and a size medium in the rubber bell boots. Read a comment saying they run big so figured since she wears a size large I’d get the medium. Nope she’s would have been a size small. They run huge! But other than that I love them and my horse does too!

Best product ever. These boots do exactly as advertised. My horse comes out of his stall ready to work. It's as if he's warmed up for 30 minutes.
