Perfect bannetons for proofing my sourdough French bread. Really well- made and easy to clean. The shape appeared small at first but when the bread bakes, it's the perfect for French bread! Highly recommend

I wanted to love and use these but they're so small and short! Also after washing the liners they shrunk a bit. The basket itself was dusty and seemed very cheap. It's unfortunately a toss for me

I gave this as a gift to my daughter in law who learn to make sour dough during the pandemic. I got other equipment for baguettes as well. Granted none of it was necessary, but she really enjoyed the treat of having the shape so tidy at each step of the process. Turned out to be a great gift with all the other tools together.
