It is good sized, easy to use, lightweight, don't think it's worth as much as it cost. The mats are super very thin.

Everything is durable, but having a printed out copy of temperature ranges and information would be helpful, or to have the information printed in black on the mats. The orange is hard to read because of the texture on the mat. I hope this helps improve the product as every thing heavy duty.It did get here faster than I expected, however it did take a while, so I’m not sure where it shipped from. :)* I will try to remember to edit my review once I make bread this week

Second time starting to make sourdough. This kit with the silicone work surface and bread support gave me things I didn't even know I (K)needed. The banneton was great and when floured, the inserts worked perfectly.I have tried this hobby once previously with limited success, but with this kit, my first attempt actually came out as recognizable sourdough bread.Can't recommend highly enough for starting out.

I loved all the tools this kit provided as I begin a journey of making sourdough at home. This kit is missing any instructions and I would have appreciated simple beginner recipes too.

If you are new to the sourdough starter kits, this is the perfect addition. It comes with everything you will need. The jar is much better than using a mason jar. There are no instructions on how to use the items. You can always google how to make a starter.

This is a great set for an aspiring baker. If you are looking for a gift! Is exactly what I was hoping for and has lots of extra accessories that I wouldn’t even have known to buy. If you have been thinking about stepping into the world of break baking this is the best place to start for sure.
