I Purchased, a four pack of these, as I started my adventures into making sourdough bread. They are very sturdy and come with the nice cloth insert. After using them for a while, I decided I was going to buy another set so that I can make more breads at once excellent quality, and a great price you can’t go wrong with these bannetons. I have hand washed and air dried the cloth inserts with a mild soap, and they have cleaned up nicely. I can see these lasting for many many years of use.

Nice liners and quality baskets, however, they're much smaller than I was expecting. I was hoping for a 10 inch basket but they're not even 10 inches when measuring the outer most diameter. Disappointed

I bought some expensive fancy named 10" proofing baskets when I was learning. After a while, I wanted to bake 6 loaves on the same day so I took a chance and I bought these 4 baskets. When they arrived they were the same color, shape, size and quality as my expensive ones. Even the fabric was identical. Glad I saved over $40 by buying these. They work great for making sourdough batards.

Personally, I wouldn't order any other bannetons. Price is fair for what you get. Plus if you're looking to quickly expand your baking, getting 4 at a time is a necessity. I believe this is one of only a few places that allow for these oval bannetons to be bought in more than 2's.Super easy to clean and love the overall size to fit into my fridge. Easily can hold up to if not slightly more than 1000-1200 grams of dough. I probably wouldn't go more and I don't see the reason to.If you bake lots of bread or even just a few in a home oven, get these.
