The picture is pretty deceiving. The board is only the size of a small 70s style skateboard and it slides off all the balance devices it comes with. It also has zero grip on the board so don’t even think about doing this in socks. Luckily I have some plasti-dip in a spray can to coat the bottom and top in. Otherwise it is cool all the different devices it comes with. The ball being expert level once you coat the ball and bottom of the board. Will not work out of the box and the ball leaves mark on the board

This balance board set is a fantastic way to improve balance, core strength, and coordination. The high-quality maple wood feels durable, and the roller moves smoothly without scratching the floor. I've wanted one of these for awhile to work on balance as it's very important especially as we get older. (I'm in my 30's). This is tough. I love the different levels and I'm not sure how long it will take me to get good enough to graduate to level two but hopefully one day.I would recommend using this next to something you can use to steady yourself as you get more comfortable. It's a workout by itself as it takes so many muscles to maintain balance on a wobbly surface like this. The board is slicker, works great barefoot, not as well in socks as you'll slip down the board at times. It's easy to add some grip tape to the board if desired.Overall I'm very happy with this and I look forward to improving my balance.

This is a really nice balance board set. It comes with the rolling pin and half circle plus the tiny ball. The board is a layered wood for strength as I weigh in at 215 pounds and it had no problem with my weight. I used the rolling pin first and right off the bat I knew I was getting old. No i didn't fall down but I wasn't able to keep it rolling hardly at all. The half moon forget about that, one step up onto that and I was like NOPE. After using this for a while I was impressed that there were no dents in the wood and everything still looked new. The board is pretty blue and cut like a mini surf board except the ends are angled up to help you keep your footing as you stabilize yourself while trying to keep it you and the board balanced. I will continue to use this to the best of my ability and maybe it will help shed some of these years off me as I get better. Definitely a good core workout. Plus it is fun for the kiddos to play with and watch them fall but bounce right back up. Everything about this set is of good quality and should last a long time, longer than I will be able to use it. This is one of those fun activities that you also get a great benefit from doing and I think those activities are the best.

I couldn’t do it.I kept slipping off every time, even when my hands were holding on to the wall. I tried socks, shoes, trainers. Nothing. Good luck.

This Healfith balance board looks great, and appears to be made very well. However, as mentioned in other reviews, it arrives with a major safety hazard - it's so smooth and slippery that there is just no way to stay on the board. That problem was easily remedied with some grip tape I had on hand, which knocked using this balance board from dangerous to merely difficult. This is my first balance board and, apparently, my balance needs the training. The board itself is nicely made of laminated plywood, and is a very nice shape and size for adult use. The cork half-sphere and roller are smooth, durable, and do exactly what they should - provide a difficult balance point. The ball looks like it will also work well, but I'm nowhere near the level where I'd trust myself to even test that one without injury.This balance board, as shipped, is a solid 4-star option if you want to work on your balance and core. If they'd included grip tape (either applied to the board or as an option for you to add), it would easily be a 5-star product for me.

This is nice but way too slippery. I'm sure this is great for balance but dang sliding off isn't great. They could improve this by some strips of grippy material. But as it is, it's too slick to safely use over the age of 30.
