Have had this product and used it everyday for the last year. Still great and nothing sticks to it. The hot indicator broke early on, but I think it is unnecessary. Definitely recommend! Best pan I have ever owned.

Love this pot! It heats up quickly, great size, and clean up with it is wonderful. Also, no issues with the handle heating up at all. Looking to purchase more of this particular style/thickness/coating.

1st THE BAD:- Pan handle was loose upon arrival, it tightened up easily with a philips head screw driver, but it shouldn't have needed it.- The pan can't go in the oven above 300F, this is too low. I am concerned with the radiant element at the top of my upper convection oven will damage the handles.- The lid can't be hung with the pan on my pot rack, the handle won't fit through the small hole on lid.= This pan replaces a very expensive non-stick pan that is losing its coating, I hate buying another pan.NOW THE GOOD:I love this pan! I should have bought it earlier.- I can use a lower heat on my smooth top electric stove with this pan. So it is less likely to overheat.- The Thermopoint gauge is brilliant, and it magically changes color to indicate when the pan is ready to cook.- Cooked scrambled eggs ala Ramsey, and burgers in this pan so far.- Clean up is too easy, squirt some dish washing liquid on a non-abrasive sponge swish it around and rinse. Done, dry and hang it for the next use. The instructions say you can put in the dishwasher, I would never do that. It is an aluminum pan. The dishwasher corrodes aluminum, so any chip or scratch in the covering will allow the corrosion to get under the nonstick coating. It cleans so easy I don't want to not have to wait for the next meal.Things Ballarini can do to improve the pan:1. Make the handles so they can go in a hot 400F oven, this 300F is way to low.2. Double check the handles are tight before shipping.3. Adapt the lid so it can be hung with the pan on a pan rack.I recommend you buy this series of pans, I will be getting the fry pans shortly, got to wait for the copper pans to stop working.

the pan is heavyweight and very sturdy and thick and things dont stick and cleanup is super easy and made in italy which is what i looked for. i have granitium in 3 frying pans from another manufacturer which ive used for 2 years now and love them also but could not buy the pots so i bought this granite pot and liked it so much i bought a 2nd one. i wanted the smaller size but it cost more than this larger size. i have purchased so many types and brands and some expensive and havent been happy with any of them. i gave them to my daughter for starter cookware. this granite is now the only cookware i use and its PFOA-free and not made in china.

I love this pan, I have the 2.8 quart size which is really a nice mid-size... perfect for rice, oatmeal, heating soup, etc. It is a "bit" heavy since I have some arthritis in my hands, but since it's mid-size, it's not too bad, definitely manageable. It's just so beautiful, it is obviously a very "high quality" pan (so a bit extra heft is worth it). It cleans effortlessly, and is so enjoyable to cook with... I also love the way it looks, it is adorable. Someone else said the top handle is a little shallow, true, but no big deal at all. (I always use hot pads anyway, so can just grab it.) I also love the fact that it is made in Italy!!! How refreshing to find something not made in China!!! I think it is made by a very high quality company, and is a reasonable price for such quality... I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love this. It’s the only brand I will even cook with now. Game changer. These clean up so effortlessly and cook so evenly and nothing sticks! I did have an issue that the handle is loose and was loose when I got it. I didn’t want to go through the hassle so I’m hoping that it doesn’t come off. I still give it 5 stars even though it was slightly defective. It moves quite a bit so I’m worried about it. But again I decided not to deal with sending back and this brand is amazing. Looking back I should have sent it back. I tried to tighten the screw but that didn’t help. Even still, AMAZING and I’ve recommended so many to get this and given as gifts. (As well as received. I ask for these!) you won’t be disappointed.
