It’s the exact size and shape I was looking for. Fast shipping too! Only gripe were a few minor imperfections in banneton, but am keeping regardless. Hopefully the bread will not be marked by the two minor issues, and it will be useful to me on the days I just want one small loaf of bread. Happy with price as well!

I love this little basket. I have a larger one as well, but I use this little 7-inch basket more often.

I ordered the 10”x6” oval proofing baskets. I thought they looked small when I received them and after measuring, I discovered that they were no more than 9 1/2”x 5 1/4” measuring at the longest/widest point. The base is even smaller & measures extremely narrow. It barely holds my 600 g loaves of sourdough. Will return these for something with accurate measurements. 3 stars because these are cheap & would work ok if you want a smaller loaf.

This bowl appears to match the description. Natural Ratan basket looks good and seems to be built well and should last a long time. The small 7 inch basket will be great for your small loaves of sourdough. The liner is of course removeable is well made also. The scraper and brush are both made from flexible plastic and seem like they will hold up also. Looking forward to making bread.
