As a newbie to making sourdough bread, I really appreciate that this set comes with a round basket and an oval basket. The basket liners are good quality and breathable. The easily fit on the basket, snug. They are true to size and light weight. I made sure to dust the baskets with rice flour before using and had no issue with the dough sticking to the baskets. The baskets are very functional, easy to clean, and so far have no residual smell after using. They are a great value for the money and an excellent purchase for any sourdough beginner.

Great containers to rest the sourdough in, overnight. My only suggestion is to keep the lining in and get another tea towel or shower cap or similar cover to cover the dough in the fridge to avoid getting the dough dry.

I used rice flour to prevent sticking and the baskets and linen inserts worked great. No sticking whatsoever and very sturdy

These are rattan baskets, each with a linen liner. They work very well when dusted with rice flour for proofing sourdough bread.
