I needed a couple more banneton baskets, so I was glad to find this set that includes two different shapes. The included stencils are a fun bonus, and it’s great to have an extra silicone mat as well. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase!

Bannetons are a good size for 500g loaf. The liners are well made. I love the Dutch whisk, scraper, and lame. I don’t use the mat but others may find it helpful. I recommend this product.

I was unsure of buying banneton baskets online, especially since I consider myself still fairly new at sourdough. I did research and asked a few trusted elders of mine about the best way to proof my loaves. They suggested banneton baskets and they have been a game changer for me.This kit comes with 1 round 9" boule basket, 1 oblong 9" loaf basket, stencils for your bread, a bread lame, 3 sharp blades, a dough whisk, scrub brush for the baskets, and linen covers for each basket. There are no instructions on how to use the stencils. I had to look it up.These have definitely helped my loaves and boules maintaining their shape during proofing! I recommend.

This is my first experience delving into the world of handmade sourdough bread. I appreciate that the kit includes a healthy assortment of all the essentials to get started. Having only ever used automated bread makers and ordinary dough in the past, this is very much a new skill for me to learn and perfect. I'm looking forward to trying new recipes and exploring the overall process, including the best techniques for cultivating a good sourdough starter.
