Able to put it away when not in use for my small kitchen. fits my pans nicely and works great. Will see if the zipper holds up but so far - awesome help with my bread making.

It’s like a glamping tent for bread dough. Keeps the temp cozy, folds away when not in use, and makes my kitchen feel like a science lab. Only gripe? The zipper acts like it’s on strike half the time. Still—perfect rise, every time.

Product came in a day. Unfortunately, it didn't work. The lid had scratches which I could have lived with BUT the power indicator showed an E1 - not connected properly. Unconnected an reconnected 2x. Only 1 way for the cord to attached. Still an E1.

This cuts the rise time in half or more, especially during cold months. I love this product!!! It’s space saving and folds up if need be.

So first the good, this box is very portable and easy to store, folds away quite easily, and the zippers make a good seal, the controller is very easy to operate and it does perform as advertised. Very impressive.Now... if I compare this to others proofing boxes on the market, this one falls short in few things that you as the buyer need to know so you can decide, I do own another proofing box similar manufactured by Brod and Taylor, which needles to say is 4 times more expensive, so for this price I think this product deserves the 5 stars.The things that lacks is that the timer starts in 6 hours... so at this point I am not sure that is actually proofing, proofing times rarely go that high, however this is fixed if you just put a timer somewhere else and unplug it, so no big deal.Another thing is that if you put a tray or pan on a floor that is warmer than it should, you risk the bread getting stuck to the pan, or the dough getting stuck to the tray, and since this doesn't have a rack for the pan/tray to rest in between the floor and the pan/tray, that risk increases.Also, the brod and taylor includes a small tray that you can fill with water to maintain humidity on the chamber, this doesn't have that, so that that into account, what I do is I spray very lightly with water on the inside walls except the back wall (because it has holes) and you could also spray the outside of the bread pan if it is metallic, this in order to maintain humidity which is important for some breads to be able to rise better. After use be sure that you clean it and let it air dry.Finally... some pans come with holes on the bottom, so if you place them directly on this item's floor, very likely you will get some leakage that will need to be cleaned up, so just be mindful of that.Overall a great product and I will highly recommend it for this price and functionality. Very well made.

This is so amazing! Keeps the perfect temperature 🌡 love that I can set how long to proof. Leave it and come back to perfectly proofed dough.Easy to zip ready to use and pack away when not in use. Not having much counter space this is just what I needed. Great value.Weekly bread making just got so much easier. I proofed 3 medium sized loafs at the same time with room to spare.Highly recommend for anyone.
