I love this band! I hip thrust up to 290lbs, but it doesn’t dig into my lower body and I can lift comfortably. My friends have tried it and they love it as well. If you want to lift heavy comfortably, I recommend 100%!

Was looking for a new barbell pad since my last one was too thin to protect my hips from bruises when going heavy on hip thrusts. I can't feel the bar a all with this one and finally no more bruises! If you had the same problem as me definitely consider getting this one. Also love the color and quality.

I glute bridge about 410 lbs and it can leave serious bruising, so I got this to see if it would work for what I would needed as I had out grown my other barbell pad. Unfortunately it is too padded to get it onto the thigh up high as it gets stuck on my leg. Now that may be fixed if you set it up on plates to prop up... But that puts then bench I use not optimal position for my back. So back this goes. I went with another brand- Uppper and works much better for me. Not bad looking pad just too big to function for what I need.

I've ordered and been disappointed with several barbell pads that just compress too much under pressure to offer much padding at higher weight loads. I searched quite awhile for an affordable option that would actually offer protection at wider weight ranges. This seems to be a winner so far. The padding is there and does what it should. The cover is a durable material that won't snag or pull. Only issue is the same one these all have, it can spin on the bar. I find that securing the velcro extra taught almost eliminates this occurring though. Excellent find.

Very thick pad which could be difficult for hip thrust setup but the bar doesn’t dig in as much and it doesn’t move out of place like the thinner pads do

this is hands down the best barbell pad for hip thrusts. I was a bit unsure at first with how thick this pad is as it does take a little adjusting under the bar to get set up. but once I was set up this pad was everything I hoped it would be. I love the velcro closure - most foam barbell pads have an opening and I find the tend to roll and then pop off the barbell mid thrust. the velcro really does a good job of making sure this won’t happen. the thickness on this pad is perfect - no more bruised hip bones! I also really like the material as well. easy to wipe down and keep clean. i’m very impressed with this pad and it is well worth the money

Cumple de manera sobresaliente su función de amortiguación del peso de la barra sobre la pelvis para hacer hip-trust. Sin embargo, el grosor es apto para personas muy delgadas ya que en el resto dificulta el acomodo de la barra para posición de arranque.
