I ordered this to swap out my old builder grade bathroom fan. I'm very happy with the upgrade. Looks nice and seems very well made. Looks so much better than the old cheap one.

Not as quiet as expected. Barely quieter than our old 4 sone builder grade fan. Installation wasn't too bad, but contrary to the advertisement, did require going into the attic.

My bathroom fan broke about a month ago, so I jumped at the chance to order a new one. The electrician was able to remove my broken one and install the new fan in less than 20 minutes!! He hardly changed me to install it. I love the fact that it is super quiet, and my last fan drove me crazy because it was so loud.

For several years I have not used the old exhaust fan in my small bathroom- simply because the sound it makes drives me crazy! It is just plain annoying. I finally found an exhaust fan that is a good fit to replace it and only produces one sone Of sound level. You can actually see the difference in construction that helps keep it very quiet.Everything is was a perfect fit for replacing the old exhaust fan in that bathroom. The only problem that I encountered was removing the old fan. For that we needed to get up in the attic, roll across 20 feet of open ceiling joists, and then pry it loose from the joist it was mounted on - not exactly an easy or comfortable task to complete.

Fairly quiet but as this is an office toilet i did not want it too quiet for fear they would me farting!!

This fan was easy to install, is built well, works well, and is a lot quieter than the one that it replaced. Good deal.
