I've mostly been using these gloves to move things around in the oven or take things out. And I will say these gloves are great. At most it gets a bit warm through the gloves but my hands feel protected and it makes it easy to adjust things in the oven or remove them. The gloves are well made, they fit my hands good and aren't too bulky. The thickness doesn't get in the way and still I get high functionality and movement.

Great gloves for BBQ, can be washed in a machine (or by hand, if you want them to last longer). No need for internal latex gloves, just slide these on and go for it! The longer length wrist bands help you safe from grill burns or oven burns. Buy with confidence and enjoy!

I've had a few of these types of gloves in the past and these are really big on my hands. I am a woman who wears size small gloves. These dwarf my fingers and are very roomy in general. I did not notice this when I ordered, but the gloves do not have a way to be hung, so I had to use a clothes pin to hang them up. The length of the cuffs is adequate, but could be longer.Overall, these gloves work as designed and they keep me from getting burned when I'm handling my hot cast iron pots. The silicone grips are on both sides of each gloves so you can put them on either hand without worrying about which is left or right. The included plastic gloves are also really big, but they would work for handling meats.

I like the looks of these, and the fit is much better than any others I have tried, My hand is 3.25 inches at widest point where fingers join palm. 3.5 inches from base where fingers join palm to where palm joins wrist, and my longest finger is 3 inches tip to base. The gloves extend another 4 inches above the wrist-hand joint, so they protect when for reaching in over the barbecue or smoker.T hese fit fairly snug, but they are a stretch knit so they might stretch to fit a hand a little bit larger. It feels snug to try to close my fist while I have the gloves on and the fabric in the center of my palm kind of bunches up, but nowhere near as much as others I have tried. I figure you have to have some thickness for protection. I was able to manipulate the latch on a cylindrical container for cooking things like veggie on the grill- without gloves I do not think you could manage to open it without getting burned, and the lever you need to grasp is not very large, so I felt it was somewhat impressive that these worked pretty wellThe seller also included a package of food-safe water-tight plastic gloves, which they certainly did not have to do, but said they would. They say these plastic disposable gloves are chenical resistant also.I feel the price and fit of these are better than any I have tried so far, so I think these will do the trick for me- done searching.
