Your cart is empty.Red BCY 3D Archery Bow String Serving Spool. BCY 3D bow string serving is a great all around material. With a diameter of .017 it is constructed of 3 ply twisted Dyneema or spectra material. It allows for servings to be tight but flexible. BCY 3D serving is a great choice for end serving on a bowstring or cable and also serves well to tie in drop away rests, peep sights and nocking points. The breaking strength is 65lbs and a jig spools contains 120 yards.

Its good serving, but the color bleeds off. All over your hands and what you are working with. Its red, so perhaps thats just the nature of the beast, seems like it should not though. All in all im going to geep using it. it has that grip nature unlike other servings i have used.

I compared the spool I received to a new similar spool from an archery shop. The purchased spool was made by the seller from a larger spool. The thread appeared to be old; the seller reported it was not. The spool was smaller in diameter and did not contain the full amount of thread that would be included in a new spool. I have several and compared it. Its not worth the hassle to send it back and get a refund. The seller should more accurately describe what they are selling.

I use it to tie nocking points on my recurves. I handles and melts nicely.

What all can I say.... good product and I use BCY 3D for end loops and center serving on all bowstrings I make!!Definitely Recommend.
