Solid build . Thatโs really help give you that edge in the gym to keep pushing on those lifts and pulls with out having your fore arms give up before the targeted muscle does . Only complaint is that the metal piece it has digs into the wrist at times and it creates a good amount of discomfort.

Along with everyone else I am very happy with my purchase. I was given a pair from someone that were a little worn, but even in worn/torn condition they significantly impacted my lifts in only positive ways. I have small wrists and went with the medium. They fit perfectly,

Wrist portion is way too stiff and is very uncomfortable. Plastic should not cost this much.

These wrist wraps are great! I enjoyed the fact I wasnโt struggling to get out of them after I completed my exercise. I would highly recommend these straps to anyone who wants to increase their weight on any heavy loading exercise.
