Parts missing (washers), not enough strong string to secure the beams, heddle is not easy to use.I also ordered the comb, because I wanted to do tapestries, and I had to sand the whole thing, as it was unusable as is.

It was easy to put together, it folds up nicely, and I've attached a picture of my second project made with it. Also, my second project ever on a rigid heddle loom, and my 5th weaving project ever, not counting making potholders as a child. I say all of this because I found it all really easy to do with this loom. Thanks Beka!
