This cushion seemed like it was made well and would be durable over time. I was satisfied with the cushion and the shipping. If I were able to use it for yoga and opening my hips and improving my posture, my original reason for the purchase, it would have been ideal. I did have to send it back though, because I was unable to use it and it cost too much to keep it and let it gather dust. I was diagnosed with a herniated disc right after receiving it, and sitting on this wedge caused instant excruciating pain and exacerbated the associated sciatica. So if you have herniated disc and/or sciatica, this is probably not for you.

My sister bought my daughter this a while ago. We always used it. Recently she took it with her to work out of states and my husband needed a replacement. So we ordered the same one. This can be used to so many purposes. Of course stretching. Very easy to use and he usually does his stretch while watching TV. Sometimes he use it as a pillow to uplift his upper body. The material is soft and very nice. It is not cheap but it lasts very long time. Highly recommend it.

I had used this wedge in my Pilates reformer lesson and found it helpful for body alignment as I was doing curls and other movements. So happy to have one at home! Very solid construction.

They are a little pricey but the construction is durable on the quality is outstanding. We purchase these for our Pilates reformer studio to provide head support and make plants more comfortable. So far they've been a big hit.
