Extremely poor quality. Cheaply made. The mic is horrible and it picks up all background noises.

I am extremely disappointed. I work from home for a hospital scheduling appointments. I just purchased this headset last week. I’ve had patience telling me all day that my voice is garbled. So I called my iPhone from my work phone, and the voice is not only in fact garbled but the mute function does not work as well. When you flip the mouthpiece up, it says in a female voice muted. But upon checking the mute function while on a call with myself, I realize that I could still hear myself, even with the devices mouthpiece flipped up. I can’t say that this is the case with all of these products because my wife has the exact same model just in black and hers works perfectly fine. Just trying to share my experience.
