I used this and a 3.5m adapter to phono cable to play a flash drive full of music on my old school tuner. Hooked it up to the input where my old, dead CD player had been and hooked the power cube to the 120 CD output on the tuner. Now the CD button on the tuner plays the songs on the flash drive. Also, you can't beat the price!

I have a smart home controlled by a Control4 central system. I had no way to stream sound from my phone to my integrated speakers, I had to use portable Bluetooth speakers, until I got this little device. I set the device to connect to my phone via Bluetooth when turned on by my system request and stream my audio to my home speakers (any one or multiple or all). It is fantastic! This device connects to a receiver and can be used to live stream from any Bluetooth source. The problem I originally faced was leaving the device on and my phone would connect and send my audio to speakers that weren't on every time I came home. I have connected the power to a controlled plug that will activate the device when I call for it as a source for my receiver. There is a small delay to power up and connect, but really worth the less than 30 seconds wait time.Well worth the cost!

The BAISHUN Bluetooth Receiver Wireless Audio Adapter with NFC is great for older audio devices that don't have Bluetooth capability. I got it to use with my older Samsung soundbar, and it's working great. It was a breeze to install. You plug in the USB-C power and aux cable (included). It doesn't come with the RCA cable. I like the compact design. I have another BAISHUN Bluetooth receiver that I've been using in the garage with my old Samsung speaker system, but that one is a little larger and has an antenna and optical port. I also like the NFC feature. I just had to tap my phone, and a Bluetooth connection notification came up right away. The sound came through well, and I didn't experience any static. I'm not sure about the distance, but I didn't get disconnected when I went to the next room. The control buttons on the adapter were able to control my Spotify on my phone. It has a USB and MicroSD slot, but I don't plan on using them. I'm not sure if anyone uses these two features. It may be better to get rid of these two and include an optical port instead. I haven't tested the microphone and don't plan to use it. There is a charging indicator light and a Bluetooth connection light. The blue Bluetooth connection light is always on and blinks when not connected. It was a little annoying, so I put a tiny piece of electrical tape on it to cover it. It's been working pretty well, and I hope it lasts for a while.

The functionality on this Bluetooth receiver has been perfect. I've got a really great stereo receiver, but sadly it's just a bit too old to have native Bluetooth functionality, and Bluetooth is the main way I listen to music now, with my phone functioning as my music library so I can stream music to my stereo. This is powered via USB (which thankfully my receiver has, built in, so that it powers on when I turn the receiver on; if you don't have that option, this will receive continuous power, so you'll have to turn it off separately). For me, with power delivered through the receiver, I don't have to do anything with this. I just turn on the receiver and this automatically powers up and connects.I've found the connection to be stable, and it connects quickly and reliably. It uses a dual-channel RCA connection to export audio to the receiver. The quality is as expected there, very good. I don't perceive loss of audio quality. This has been simple and effective, and I love that it turns my older stereo into a Bluetooth-connected system. I've absolutely loved it!

Got this Bluetooth receiver to connect to my older (pre Bluetooth) stereo amp. The receiver has 2 output connections available, 3.5mm mini phone jack and Right and Left RCA connections. I Connected to the AUX input of my amplifier. It came with a 3.5mm mini phone jack connection cable and a power cable to connect to a usb power source which is NOT included. I just used an old phone charger module and that worked fine. My smartphone found and easily connected to the receiver. The included owners manual is very small with tiny printing that is difficult to read and understand but the instructions in the photos on the Amazon page for this item are much easier to read and understand. I tested all 3 inputs into the receiver, wireless from my smartphone, USB memory stick inserted into receiver and TF memory card inserted into receiver. All three modes provided good sound playback with no gaps, skips or shuttering. The TF card was a little difficult to insert and remove because the socket is recessed into the receiver a bit too far and I had to use a toothpick to get it in far enough to click into place and to remove it also. MP3 files play fine from the USB memory stick and the TF card but m4a files would not play. I did not try any other file types.
