I’ve ordered the BNC 2x2 Passport Photo Cutter a few times. It’s handy and makes clean, precise cuts most of the time, ideal for passport photos. However, on a couple of occasions, it has jammed or struggled to cut properly, which can be frustrating. While it's generally reliable, this inconsistency keeps it from being perfect. Still, it's a useful tool for quick photo trimming, and I'd recommend it for occasional use.

I would give 1 star to the seller for sending the Item which was totally worthless and not working at all, I have add the photo as well, I would recommend this seller to anyone, please don’t waste your money and time. Thank you

Cuts pictures out very easily

I bought this to cut photos and cardstock into 2 by 2 inch squares for scrapbooking and it work perfectly! When I first tried it, I thought it was a dud and wasn’t able to cut into a photo but I realized that I was not squeezing hard enough. After that, it cut very easily. So, for those that are interested in buying this, make sure you put your muscles into the first press.
