How to use it?
1.Assemble the battery,insert batteries (in right direction) into the black battery holder.
2.Insert the black battery holder into boresighter's battery compartnent.
3.Choose right size adapter for your barrel,use the screwdriver to tight the screw into the adapter.
4.Insert the boresighter into barrel, make it stable in barrel.

So I purchased this set because my other bore sight started having issues with the power on button. It is packaged very well and the Lazer unit is solid and I like the way the batteries install. A lot of options for the calibers you can sight in. Now here's the issue. Not one of the bore adapters will thread into the tail piece which goes into the barrel. Not 1. And I tried them all. The tap for the female end threading is substantially off. So much so that I couldn't get any of the adapters to thread. I will keep this solely because I was able to basically swap the tail piece with the one I already had and because the throat from one to another was slightly different I redneck engineered a small tin foil shim in order to make solid contact with the battery contacts. That being said, the sight itself worked well. The Lazer is bright enough for low sun or clouds to be able to accurately sight in but I think in full daylight it would be a little dim at 25 yards which is the recommended distance when sighting in a rifle. Overall if the issue with the threading on the tail piece didn't occur I would give this a solid 4.25 for value, packaging and accessories. But because of the issue I'm giving it a 3.

This is a very cool version of the bore sight. It's easy to use and worked on every caliber I have. I would buy another but don't need to because this one works with every caliber! Excellent value for the money!
