It didn’t even come with a power cord and it does not play CD’s in the multi disk changer part of it. Never buying an expensive refurbished item again!

The radio and extra cd player came in a well packed box. Both the radio itself and CD player looked like it was brand new. He even sent the caring case for the radio and that was extra. It had all the cables and wires necessary to use the unit and plug it in and works perfectly.

Sent an order off for a refurbished Bose Wave multiple cd/AM/FM radio player to replace my 20 year old busted one, and wow, do these folks know how to make electronics sound like new. I bought it because YOU( Amazon) said it was renewed and YOU had inspected it and made any repairs needed before my Purchase.. Within 2 weeks it ate a CD and began making a humming noise. A week later it ate another CD . Then it began showing a brown light and the motor started turning on and off until i just turned it off. I blame YOU, not the seller. Just returned from UPS in pouring rain to return to the sellers who were so helpful and professional. They will send another CD player. Very unhappy with you

I liked the large part of the order the small part came in broken parts. My question is, can I keep the top part & mail you back the broken one ? I'm talking about the (Acoustic Wave Music system 2 )
