I was first impressed with the packing. It was the best most secure packing ever. Looked very professional. The unit itself was very complete and best of all the instructions were very easy to read. Very easy construction. Flame is so impressive. . Very large screen. Easy remote. All in all very impressive

This piece is beautiful! The only complaint I have is that the flames look really fake. I have a portable one in my little rig that the flames look pretty realistic. These flames do not and I know you can adjust them. Real fires do not have all these colors in them that this fireplace shows.

My master bedroom is fairly large with enough space for a king bed, a large dresser, large highboy, a few smaller drawers, and 2 nightstands and this fireplace is the perfect size. We were afraid it would be too small and look misshapen, but it's the perfect focal point for the other side of the room. It holds its own. Can't wait to decorate it. The mantel is deeper than the one in the living room! The heater puts out heat IMMEDIATELY. Very easy to put together. Took about an hour for everything. THIS COMES IN TWO BOXES. We received the fireplace insert first and then the wood.
