I have bought this item several times in the past and am happy with it. However, this last package was opened and in used condition when I received it. There was only 8 packets in the bag and a note from the previous buyer who returned it stating they returned the packets because they were dried out. I sent the item back immediately, but I received an email from amazon saying if the package was opened and used they wouldn't refund my money. I wanted to make it clear that this item was sold to me used!Update: I ordered a replacement item and it came new and unopened. I'm sure the first item was a case of human error. Great product otherwise.

These things work. Keeps ur weed nice and fluffy. Keeps it from dying out. I actually think it makes dry weed better, if it's already a lil dry.
