This item is great if you are really looking to mix up your exercise/hand eye coordination routine. The materials are of decent quality, given what the item actually is. I found no difference in the two provided balls, despite the instructions stating that one was for increased difficulty. Although I felt a little silly at first (wearing this on my head), I did experience improvement to my hand/eye coordination within a very short amount of time.

Meh. All this is, is a Velcro headband, a piece of stretch string and a light plastic ball.The headband is pretty small. I can barley Velcro it. I do have a big head so maybe this isn't geared towards 6'+males?The packaging is deceptive. There is about 4-5 inches of unused space making the package look like there is more to it.It is exactly what it looks like.I just thought it was of lower quality than expected.If you are in the market for this type of trainer, I would keep looking unless you are on a strict budget.

I have another boxing reflex ball set that my kids and I love. That set came with 3 different balls of different weight and sizes as well as wrist wraps. The headband was adjustable and made of higher quality materials. The Boxing Reflex Ball from Doohickey is cheap, cheap, cheap. The box arrived damaged, but the product inside was unharmed. You get two very lightweight balls in black and white. They are both the same weight. They are not heavy enough. The headband is just a cheap piece of elastic. There are no gloves or knuckle wraps. The balls and elastic are super cheap too. Disappointed.

This product looks exactly as advertise. It’s a strap with a hook that you tie a string of elastic too, and a ball at the other end.ProsIt reminds me of paddleball except you’re the paddle. It can be a lot of fun if you have it as an activity for game night and get your friends over and see how many hits you can get out. My son loves it! It’s very easy to use, very basic. It’s fine to get your arms moving and work on your coordination.ConsHonestly, it seems very easy to re-create. It’s well-made, but it’s not hard to make. This isn’t something I would purchase again. It seems very low quality but this is something that if it was higher quality it wouldn’t be necessary. If you’re looking for a good cheap fun this is it, but that’s all there is.

I've seen similar product on TV commercial, which looked really fun and cool so decided to give this a try. I do like that it comes with 2 balls in case 1 is lost or damaged but that's about the only thing that was good about this product. It was impossible to punch the ball more than once as the ball bounces back unpredictably in all directions. This one has instructions!!Yay! Previous ones have come without instructions and it didnt go so well.So, start by making the elastic string the length of your arm.Then start with the black ball.The red ball is later when you get practiced.Have fun!!

Going to take some practice. Wear safety glasses when first using if you are a klutz like me. I can see how this will improve your strike accuracy. Great training aide. Very easy to use and actually fun. Would make a great gift for the boxer in your life. Great value for a fun gift.
