Amazon says it has 450CFM. Label says 400CFM. Yeah the 50 matters otherwise I go with 600. Only discovered after I installed... so frustrated...

I really like the looks of this range hood! And the 3 speed fan is not overly loud. The timer option is great!A solid purchase. I am pleased.

my old exhaust fan was really loud, this one has 3 speeds and very quiet. This is important because I have an autistic grandchild that is noise sensitive and is disturbed by loud noises.

The first two settings are great for daily use. Powerful and quiet enough. The third setting is great for Smokey cooks. I seared steaks over cast iron that typically would set off fire alarms. Not even the slightest bit of smoke escaped this hood. Highly recommend.

It’s very beautiful!!! Because how the kitchen is built, we had to have the air flow recirculate. We had to purchase the recirculating kit. It took forever to find a company that sold the recirculating kit for this model. Once I found the company, Broan had this on back order for 2 months. The kit was about an extra $115. So months after purchasing we could finally install. It wasn’t the easiest to install. It’s beautiful. It’s a little loud but this will suck all the bad air out.Not even two months of infrequent use, I cut it on and it makes this loud horrible noise. I cut it off and on a few times. I called Broan and the agents they send out are unreliable. First local agent I had to call was a no call no show after a two week wait on an appointment. Second agent came out much faster. Found out a propeller had broken and this part was on back order for about a month or so. I’m still without the part and it’s been over a month.Any replacement part seems to be on back order and this expensive hood has been inoperable more than not.I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Looks good. Works good when it does, and apparently not long, and if you need a replacement part expect long wait times. Not worth the headache.

A bit hard to install. Clumsy to connect vent. Instructions need some work. VERY LITTLE room for error on vent hole and power location.

Amazon don't seem to be worried if their specs are different to the actual label on the product.Amazon says it has 450CFM. Label says 400CFM. Amazon says 3 sones at normal speed. Label says 8 but who cares at what speed, it's noisy.Positives are the finish looks nice and the LED light are very bright.Tried the toilet paper test, barely if at all holds 2 sections. Maybe that extra 50CFM would have done the trick.Back to ebay I say.

Top features for me would have to be the super bright LED lighting and the touch controls. Fan is quiet enough, providing three speeds. You won't forget that it's on, but that's not a bad thing. It's also nice that the grease filters fit in the dishwasher, ensuring that I will actually, you know, clean them.I chose the ductless option, as I mostly wanted the fire suppression of a hood, and grease control. We live in the south. Things get fried. Buried in the description, and on page 8 of the manual is information about the optional ductless kit. Website shows it still unavailable. But seeing the contents, I'm not convinced that it really is needed.Assembly and installation took me a while, but we're in a 50 year old log home. Some basic carpentry skills are necessary, but if you have straight walls and a flat ceiling of less than 9 feet, you'll breeze through the process. It all came well packed in custom foam of multiple densities, bundled in a tough double-density cardboard box. The stainless is mostly covered in blue film that is removed after assembly.Once the blue film was off, I discovered that ours did have a small cosmetic ding on the face, though I cannot find where it would've come from looking at the box. Maybe it was me? Too small to worry either way.Was the missing ductless kit worth a star? Was to me.
