Hello. We purchased this beautiful fan for our kitchen remodel. We just unboxed it and there is a broken rivet on the glass door. As seen in the photo, the door is crooked and when opened, unstable because of the missing screw. The return window has closed. Please advise as to how I can proceed to rectify this situation. I am very pleased with the hood itself, minus the minor flaw. It truly is beautiful!

This 30-inch range hood insert is a solid upgrade. The black stainless steel and tempered glass look sleek and modern. The 900 CFM fan is powerful, and the three speeds handle cooking smells well. I like the gesture sensing and touch controls, they're easy to use. It's nice that it can be ducted or ductless. Installation was a bit of a job, as expected with built-ins, but the results are worth it. It's a bit noisy on the highest setting, but that's normal for a powerful hood. If you want a modern, powerful range hood insert, this one's a good choice.

Very nice range vent set. Everything included. Seemed to be way for the hubby to hang. Looks great. Vents very well, while not being too loud. Cleans easily. Doesn't show spots or fingerprints. Bright lighting. Great quality! Should last for year to come!

Stainless steel really is the best look in the kitchen. I love it. Everybody does. There is no strange odors and it's easy to install. Removal for cleaning is pretty straight forward. Very sturdy. A nice fit and low noise level. A good value. Nice touch controls. Plenty of power.

I recently installed the VIKIO HOME 30-inch range hood insert, and overall, I’m very happy with its performance! Right out of the box, it felt well-built and sturdy. Installation was pretty straightforward—if you have basic DIY skills, you should be able to handle it without much trouble.Pros:✅ Strong Suction: The dual inlet design really makes a difference! It pulls in smoke and odors quickly, keeping my kitchen air much cleaner. Definitely an upgrade from my old unit.✅ Quiet Operation: Even at the highest setting, it’s not too loud. It’s noticeable, but not annoyingly so, which is great when cooking.✅ Flexible Venting Options: I love that this can be used ducted or ductless. I went with the ductless option, and the included charcoal filters do a solid job absorbing odors.✅ Easy-to-Use Controls: The 3-speed push button system is simple but effective. No fancy digital screen, just buttons that work.✅ Great Filtration: The 5-layer aluminum mesh filter is easy to remove and clean. I just rinse it under warm water, and it’s good to go.Cons:⚠ Push Buttons Feel a Bit Basic: They work fine, but they don’t have a premium feel. Great power, 900 spf is really good at getting all that smoke and smell out of the kitchen, even if its an open design.The glass looks amazing and the lights look really good too. Luxurious.The installation doesn't seem too easy, I didnt install it myself, but I saw how they did it and you'll need to build a small base on the cabinet (which I know is a common thing to do for these type), but also the space that you have inside it to screw it against the base is not much it was a bit of a complicated job. You'll need a small drill.Installation aside, it's a beautiful and powerful addition to the kitchen.

This range hood is absolutely stunning, I was honestly blown away by how elegant this looks especially for the asking price! It did take some time to install but thats because we wanting it to be absolutely perfect due to the design of the kitchen. The fan works amazingly well and provides great air movement to rid the area of smoke or smells. The lighting is really bright and clear for even the darkest of kitchens. What I like so much about this is that its basically button free and it has motion sensors for lighting! You can use this with or without ductwork, which is also a really nice feature if you are using this in a tiny home and want to make every inch count. This is not a very loud range hood and it fits perfectly. Just take your time and install it as best as you can because you wont need another range hood once you put this one in, at least for a LONG time. Beautiful!
