This battery fit perfectly for my laptop. I kept getting an error that said no battery detected granted it was and older HP I figured i would take a shot on trying to replace the battery and this fit exactly as intended. Immediately turned my PC on without having to have it plugged in. This battery got my PC working again and so far has maintained charge welll.

I got this battery for a lap top I was sending to a third world country. They report it is working well so far. If it last for 2 years I would be happy.

Our battery only lasted about 30 minutes. This replacement lasts for two hours. Since it is in an external battery module, we bought two for a quick swap to double the run time to four hours. This HP EliteBook works as well any new i5 powered laptop and has the backlit keyboard of an expensive unit. Buying two batteries was a perfect solution for our use.

Stopped charging and I was urged by my laptop to replace it. Good thing I still had my original battery that is very weak but charging.

So far so good. It seems to charge and hold a charge for a good while. I've only ever run it down to about 30% though, and only done so a few times. It rarely actually shows 100% charged, usually 98 or 99% no matter how long the machine stays plugged in, but that could be my OS or other hardware issues. The machine was initially a bare shell donated by a friend.
