The battery I received does not match the battery I am replacing and does not match the photos.Battery will discharge in about 30 hours if the computer is shut down and not plugged in.Have to keep it plugged in at all times when using or it will discharge in less than an hour.

I purchased this battery to replace the dead OEM component in my wife's Lenovo IdeaPad. Install was a breeze and it fit perfectly. The included tools were a nice touch, but I have a nice precision screwdriver kit that allowed me to match the screws better (highly recommended so you don't round the heads out).In terms of use, it has been great so far. Battery life is pretty good, though I doubt it's quite a good as the original. That said, it's a heck of a lot better than the zero battery life the worn out battery it replaced had. It functions completely fine, otherwise. The laptop now runs unplugged and has a new lease on life with Linux running on it. (Windows was hogging up all the RAM and would no longer run, lol.)
