I’ve had many torches and this one is just awful. It looks cute but this cute little torch will leave you disappointed.First, it had a TON of air in it. I purged it out and put high quality butane in it (I use Colibri), which led to my next issue with this torturous torch:Second issue I’m having is it takes FOREVER to fill this thing with butane. I don’t know about you but I don’t have 2 hours to sit & fill this thing with gas- but you’d have to have a lot of time on your hands and the patience of a saint.Third frustrating issue is that it sputters and goes out all the time. That’s incredibly annoying when you’re trying to light the fireplace or garbage or anything really and it keeps sputtering then just quits. So I figured there was air trapped in it yet so I painstakingly sat there for over an hour purging all the gas and air from this defective piece of junk. I’ve considered just tossing it in the burn pit one of these days which I’ll probably do in frustration cause I am like 3 days outside the 30 day return window.The fourth and final issue is that it now doesn’t ignite anymore and since I’m stuck with it I’ll probably give it to my boyfriend to fix since I’ve had it with this thing. Definitely the worst torch I’ve ever owned and I’ve had quite a few. The Torturous Torch - I’m going to write that on this thing and I’ll post a pic for y’all to see since I’m stuck with it - who’s going to stop me? Ha ha - I’m oddly looking forward to writing its new name on it. It’s Arts & Crafts time! Lol

Not bad for the price, but the color isn't at all close to the picture shown, and it's very noisy.

This particular model uses a plastic flame intensity adjuster that sits around the fuel port. You lift a half ring out of a recess and use it to turn the adjuster. Mine broke after the second time I went to refill it. The adjuster is still functional and I doubt I will have better luck a brand new one. One thing I've noticed about mine is that is really quiet when refilling. At first i couldn't even tell it was actually refilling. More recently I finally started hearing a faint "hiss" so I know butane is actually coming out of my fuel can.

The flame is much stronger and is not adjustable to do fine work. It does make smores very good, and toasts marshmallows on sweet potatoes, very well.

Torch is super light weight, easy to fill and use. The lock is easy to slide , hasn't gotten stuck like some do.

Bought this torch to travel with its easy to fill with butane & use. I used it to light hookah coals on the beach.
