Solid, well made piece. Got the 1-micron steel screen with it (which is also awesome and thick, almost 1/8"), actually works and surprisingly doesn't let any filter media pass by, even really fine diatomaceous earth. No blowouts, though only going up to 120 psi on top and also vacuum below.I've been on the journey of finding the right stuff to filter and remediate color of tinctures, this has been a refreshingly effective item. Of course for smaller scale, a buchner funnel with filter paper is just fine too.
