I bought a Samsung induction stove a couple years ago, and have been wanting to try out a double burner griddle. I looked at other brands but I wasn't 100% sure that any double burner griddle was going to work well since I don't have one of those square griddle elements - just two burners in separate controls. I didn't want to drop the $150+ on name brand griddles. I also like the handle configuration on this one - theyre flat so it's easier to store.I was pleasantly surprised with how well it worked! It's not super even heat, but if I set it to medium low and leave it for a while it heats well enough to cook an egg in any part of the griddle. Really handy for burgers and breakfasts for my family of 4.It does have some wobble, it'll actually spin on my glass top. But it's induction, so I just put two hot pads under the ends and that totally fixed the sound problem, while still keeping the griddle close enough to the inductors to heat just fine. There no concern about burning the hot pads because on induction the burners done get hot, and the pan is only going to be 350 ish degrees. I attached an image of that setup. It also lets me easily pick up the hot griddle to drain any grease that I need to drain. The griddle came pre seasoned, I did another rbut of seasoning on the stovetop, but it was nicely non-stick pretty much right away, cooked eggs no problem.I'm also going to use it in my Coleman camp stove when we're camping this summer. Haven't tried it yet but I'm confident that it'll work well.I'm already familiar with cooking in and caring for carbon steel and cast iron cookware, if you're not there might be a bit of a learning curve. I clean with plain water typically, but will use some soap when it's really greasy. Butter and cooking spray are your friend cooking on carbon steel - it's not Teflon, don't expected Teflon performance. But it's certainly more nonstick that raw stainless or raw aluminum.

Perfect fit! Haven't been able to use it yet as the snow is deep, but know it will be perfect for camping season. Box was very damaged but griddle was fine.

No need to buy a full griddle. the CampChef griddle goes perfect on the Everest stove and we use it on our regular gas grill too. It is heavy gauge steel with slightly upturned edges. The quality is clear and we have no regrets.

We use this griddle for almost all camp cooking and no longer even carry a frying pan. It's a little heavier than expected, but has been perfect for our high amount of usage. Once seasoned it even has some non-stick ability.

I love this thing. I used to be a get cook when I was in school and this thing allows me to stretch those skills. Pre seasoned and works great! It is heavy, but it's an honest griddle. He's hear well, though it does it hot and cool spots. That is okay though because you don't really need the same heat all around.

Excellent heavy-duty steel griddle! Works well when we are cooking for larger groups on our river trips and when weight is not a consideration!

This is a solid chunk of steel and works great. Holds heat well and sits on top of my camp chef oven well. Would like it to have some kind of dimples or texture on the bottom to prevent sliding a bit better but it is heavy enough to stay put pretty well. Followed the included instructions for seasoning and have had no problems. Very sturdy and did not warp at all even when exposed to high heat for a good deal of time. Highly recommend this griddle.
