The TL1005, jitterbug sander is a tool designed for finish sanding on flat work surfaces. The jitterbug can be used on auto body, wood, and even dry wall. Its orbital action provides a smooth, non-swirl finish. Equipped with spring paper holders, this tool can be used with both sticky and non-sticky paper. This tool is also comes with a regulator for speed control.

This sander has about half of the power of the one that it replaced. It is just plain weak.

Works excellent. No complaints. Just keep proper maintenance and lubrication and you have a great sander.

This is the second one of these I have owned. The first one I bought lasted more than 10 years and withstood many long sanding runs. Do not expect to repair this product when it stops working. The tool shop tried for several weeks but could not get parts for repair. The cost to buy new was also cheaper than the repair would have been. Great for rugged home use, but would not withstand commercial use for long.
