This is a nice little fan and light combo that also works as a small power bank, and can be recharged (in theory) with solar power. The unit is rectangular and has a flip-out solar panel that also serves as both a foot or stand. There is a carrying handle that could also be used to hang the fan up (but you'll need your own hooks or straps or rope). The buttons and ports are protected with rubber which implies there is some level of weatherproofing but I didn't test this. It's easy to operate. Recharge the battery via USB-C (a short USB-A to C cord is included). In theory it can charge via solar power too, but I left it out in the sun for a full day and didn't see the 4-LED charge indicator go up (presumably by a 25% increment). I've got it leaned against a window now to see how long it takes to charge. There are three different light levels and four different fan speeds, each controlled by its own button. Finally there's a sleep timer button offering 2, 4, and 8 hour options.I wanted to test the battery life using my typical campout scenario: let's say you want to keep this fan running in your tent overnight at low speed fan and lowest light settings. From 100% battery, after 12 hours the battery indicator was showing 3/4 lights, which implies 75% power left, BUT after another 12 hours it had completely died. So I don't think the charge indicator is linear, but it did easily pass my overnight test.

I have a couple of small camping fans, but this is the first one I’ve tried with a solar charging option! We’re rarely ever without access to power, but it’s nice to have the ability to charge it outside in the sun if necessary. It’s a good size for a portable fan and not too heavy, especially considering it has a solar panel. It feels sturdy and seems unlikely to break if accidentally dropped from a short distance. It produces quite a strong wind on the highest setting, though the motor does get louder as well. I personally like white noise, so it’s not a problem for me.I’ve only needed to use it on the low or medium setting, so the battery lasts for several hours. If I were to use the light for a long time, it would probably drain the battery more quickly. When the battery first died, I decided to test charging it in the sun. I put it out at 1:15 PM, and by 9:15 PM, it was in the 50%-74% range. Given that it didn’t receive much sun for the last couple of hours, it charged faster than I expected. If I were to put it out first thing in the morning, I’m pretty sure it would be fully charged by dark. Very cool. When I charge it via USB, it takes around four hours—maybe a bit more.Overall, I’m really happy with this fan. It’s not much different from my other camping fans, but it’s a lot more valuable to me because it can be charged with solar power—which would be incredibly handy if I didn’t have access to electricity. I would recommend it.Thanks for reading! I hope this was helpful. 😊

I already have a few camping fans, but none of them has solar capability. I love the idea of being able to charge it during the day, and I was very pleased to see how well it works. I put it on our patio in direct sunlight this afternoon, and in about 4-5 hours it was able to regain over 25% of the battery power. Not too shabby at all, in my opinion. The fan has 4 wind settings and, though it’s not as strong as some of my others, it does a perfectly respectable job. It would be perfect as a desk fan, to take along in the car or to a sports event, etc. It’s also relatively quiet.Pros:-Lightweight and relatively compact-Fan works well; four wind settings to choose from-Built-in lights with three brightness levels-Timer-Solar panel works much better than expected-Ratcheting design makes it strong when standing upright-Can be used as a power bank (a great feature when combined with the solar panel)Cons:-Not much adjustment range for the back panel; takes up a lot of space when set to a low angle-All-plastic construction; it feels strong, but might not handle a fall wellSo far I’ve been pleasantly surprised by this fan. It’s not super strong, but it pushes a good amount of air, and the solar panel is a big plus. I think $59.99 is a fair price, but it might not be a bad idea to shop around a bit to compare prices before buying. Still, it’s a solid device and I’d certainly recommend it.4.5 stars

This is really nice to have in the summer! It charges quickly and holds a charge for quite a while. It moves air really well. Of course, when you are outside and it's over 100, there is only so much you can do, but it's great to put a little breeze in a tent or some lounge chairs. I do wish it didn't look so industrial, but that's just me. Being wireless, my wife is planning on taking it to an outdoor workout class she facilitates. It should work nicely to prop up at one of the stations to give a little relief from the heat.

Rugged, decently well made, kinda cute, I like it. I enjoy the design emphasis on sturdiness. Fan speed/power is decent, wish it was a bit better/stronger, but pretty quiet for what it is. One design drawback is that there is no way to get it to blow directly horizontally — it can only be angled upward — since the back needs to angled out a bit to let it stand up sturdily (and let air in the back of the fan).

A modestly sized fan with a wide range of features. The product can easily fit into a backpack and provides ample lighting and airflow. It can also act as a power bank, making its ability to passively be recharged via solar an excellent inclusion for keeping your phone charged. That being said, it's only a small solar panel and its efficiency is entirely dependent on cloud coverage, so don't expect too much from it.

The Camping Fan with LED Lantern, Portable Rechargeable Solar Powered Fan with 20000 mAh Battery, 3-Levels Timer, 4-Levels Speeds Adjustable Table Desk Fan for Outdoor Fishing Camping Beach Picnic Travelworks fine. The build quality is OK.I charged mine up and turned it on high and it ran over eight (8) hours. At that point I turned it off and it still had a bit of battery power left. After that, thought, I left it in the sun for two days and the charge light only blinks on the 50% battery level indicator. Kind of a let down but it does seem like a good size solar panel.Unfortunately nothing appears water / weather tight so don't leave it out in the rain! The LED lights are a good brightness and light up an area well. The included USB A to C cable looks good quality.Works as a power bank as well. I saw 5V and 1A going into my phone. It has good air flow on all levels, actually quite impressive on that front.Currently it's advertised at ~$60 at the time of this review with a 30% potential coupon discount making it reasonably priced for what you get.

Great size and multi-functional. I really like the versatility of the charging options and compact size to use anywhere, indoors or outdoors. The adjustable lights and fan speed allows control for personal preferences. I inadvertently set the fan on the counter near a window on a cloudy day and was surprised to notice the active solar charge. I have not had an opportunity to use the phone to charge my phone but like knowing it is an option in case of emergency.

Just received this so I haven’t tested out the solar panel part of it yet, but looking forward to that being able to charge it when we’re out camping with no electricity! Will attempt to test it out prior though just in case.Pros- This is a pretty good size fan, not too small that it won’t make an impact in a tent or outdoors, but not too big that it makes it hard to carry or pack.- Sturdy build, it’s plastic but not flimsy and should withstand the usual wear when camping.- Powerful enough fan - it has 4 settings that has a corresponding LED light indicator which is so helpful. This should be extremely useful when car camping to circulate air and similarly helpful within the tent at night.- Timer settings!- Light brightness, I think there are 3 settings, will be sufficient for when it’s pitch black at night time outdoors.- Power bank feature! You can use this to charge your phone, again I just got this so I have yet to test it out, but id imagine it would work fine- Versatile standing/lying down options, so you can prop it up in different ways and angle it as needed!Cons- I wish the light had a more yellow setting, right now it’s a white light that could be harsh at night time when settling down- Kinda noisy cracking sounds when adjusting the angle, better not to adjust or close it up if someone is sleeping near you!Overall, this appears to be a sturdy, useful camping/portable fan that also has a solar charging option and works as a power bank. Will try to report back on the solar and power bank features, but feeling optimistic and I’d recommend this upon initial inspection if you need a good small sized fan!

When there's no power, I need three things to feel normal: a fan, light, and a working phone. In an emergency or camping situation, it would also be nice if it lasted more than a day. This little camping fan tries to cover all these conditions, and succeeds at varying degrees:Pros:* Fan efficiency: The 5-inch 4-speed fan is smaller than a corded fan, but it moves enough air to be effective in a tent, or when placed 4-5 feet away outdoors for cooling or keeping mosquitoes at bay.* Large solar panel: The 5.5-inch solar panel recharges enough on a sunny day to run the fan on low or medium-low all night. It can also be kept charged using the USB cable.* Stability: The ratcheting hinge locks into place whether you are using the fan A-frame style or with one side as a base.* White noise: Not overly loud, but also not silent, so it helps mask some noise.* Size: Compact when folded, and it weighs just over a pound.Cons:* All-plastic construction: No rubber corner bumpers, so it might be best reserved for civilized situations like outdoor movie night, rather than clipping to a pack.* Light placement: Lights are not placed well for use as ambient or task lighting. There are four unfiltered lights, one on each corner, so if I face the running fan when the lights are on, it's like looking into oncoming headlights.* Phone charging seems to be limited to USB-A. There's a USB-C port, but it is for recharging the unit.* Handle: The handle is wide, not contoured, and has a narrow opening, so it might not be suited for those with larger fingers. There's also no easy way to attach carabiners or hooks for hanging.Overall, it's a nice portable fan with a big solar panel. I would like it better if the lights were more useful, but I'm happy to have a solar fan ready to go when I need it.

This is a nice portable fan for days out in the park, or for emergencies. I like that it can be charged by plugging in or the attached solar panel, which extends the battery life when using outdoors. It also gives light and can charge the phone, both of which functions can be very helpful in an emergency. However, the construction is not rugged as one would expect for a fan marketed for outdoor use, and both the air flow and air projection are underwhelming. Still, it's a good addition to my emergency kit, so I'm pleased with it.
