The foam is so soft that it compresses very easily to the point you don't know that it's there. If you need lumbar support, this won't give much. If you just need something to warm the lumbar space at the bottom of the carseat back, this might work.The head cushion placement also didn't work out. On my upright seat with no headrest bar extensions, the elastic on the back of the head cushion was too short and it couldn't be placed around the seat. On the carseat that did have an extendable headrest, it hung very low and got down the the nape of my neck instead of my neck.The elastic strap on the back is double but doesn't adjust except by stretching. If it doesn't stretch far enough (upright seat) you're out of luck. If it hangs loose, there's no way to tighten it.If you're a shorter person, the headrest might work better, but I'm 6'+ and couldn't get it to fit high enough. I'll leave the lumbar cushion in the car for a while as I don't notice that it's there. My seats aren't heated so maybe it will help through insulation.3 stars

Doesn't look at all like the presentation, it's extremely thin and uncomfortable. It was missing a strap, didn't like it at all.

Helped my car seat to feel like a different seat totally! Usually I am so uncomfortable in our car. There was no lumbar support. Wow! This helps so much.

I have been using a memory foam neck wrap trying to help my neck when i drive, so I thought this might work better. It's perfect! The items came squished in a vacuum pack, but spread out very quickly to what you see in the photo. The neck support has a belt that clips it on and holds it in position. The back support does not, which was not a problem. The foam and material are soft and comfy. Both the neck and back support do help to alleviate my ever present back and neck pain. And I can easily move them over to passenger side when others drive. I am very pleased with this item, more so than I expected to be.

The pillow set is ok. Provides a little support for my back while driving. My favorite part is the neck rest. It comes with a strap which makes it convenient, I wish the bottom half came with a strap as it has a tendency to move around. The back portion also gets a little flat but it's decent for what it is.

Very quickly plumped up after I removed it from the vacuum sealed packaging and I was impressed with how much cusion/support it offers. Nicely made, and easy to get settled and in use quickly! If you're in the market for car seat/car seat headrest cushions, these are doing very well for me.

I like the shape and how it fits in the small of my back. However, it would provide more comfort if it were a little firmer.
