Overall good quality. Pretty much plug and play. You must install a Ground Loop Noise Isolator if you want your external Bluetooth mic to function properly otherwise people you're speaking to will hear a lot of interference.

Not only did we receive a faulty unit that seems to keep shutting itself down every time it overheats but we've also wasted a great deal of time going back and forth with their support on removing the bloatware that is extremely slowing the unit down and in fact probably causing it to overheat. After going back and forth for over a week, their final response was the bloatware cannot be uninstalled and if we're not happy we should just return it to Amazon. Another side note, this claims to be running Android 13 and we believe that under the hood it clearly is not running Android 13. Save yourself the grief and just go with a different brand.

This radio was everything that I was looking for unfortunately today the screen burnt out maybe? It was not connecting to my phone then all of a sudden the screen went black and won’t turn back on
