Was pleasantly surprised at how big these tools were. Previous purchases from other makers were much smaller. The circular tip is now my favorite wood turning tool although the other tools included work well also. In hind sight, I wish I had bought this set first. I have the proper equipment and knowledge to sharpen my old steel wood tools, but carbide allows you to just keep on turning.

I was kinda skeptical on switching over to carbide tools, but I’m glad I did. I couldn’t justify the high price of the “name brand” tools, so I took a chance on these and they are great. Zero complaints!

These tools Work just fine, still learning how to use them. For some thing they work better than HSS tools and for some HSS tools appear to work as good or better. As I said still learning how to best use these.
