My cat seems to love playing with these. I have no idea why, but as long as she's happy, I'm happy. I would recommend if your cat likes playing with toys that have feathers.

The feather spines are hard and a potential hazard for cats the chew on the feathers. Had to discard ours.

This is my four month old kitten's current favorite toy. He loves playing with it. The issue is that it falls apart very easily, and as you can see from the photos, the feathers have already gone, and he's only played with it for a few hours. The fuzzy part also comes off in his mouth and all over his body. He will go at it on his own if I turn my back even for a few minutes. It's a great toy but be sure to watch that he doesn't consume it and keep it far out of your cat's reach when not in use.

My cats love this cute wand! My ginger girl loves any and all feathers. The stick isn't flimsy. The colors are vibrant. A great cat toy!

These are not the sturdiest, however for the price they are good. My cats can defeather this fairly quickly if I let them. So keep an eye out for stray feathers. With supervised play these are fine. The stems/stick portion aren't as sturdy as some but you will pay more for stronger.I have one cats who LOVES feathers. He loves these. We can have loads of play time with these without breaking the bank. He found the bag of them that I had left on a table before finding them a place to be stored. He tore the bag open (left it for me) and brought me 5 of them in the middle of the night. I woke up to a pile on the bed next to me.

Long somewhat flexible wands of brittle plastic. Feathers appear to be dense and long in photo but are not. Appear that way in photo because they overlap each other. Had I realized that I probably would not have purchased. However, the cat plays with them.
