I only gave a 4 star because; I don't know if my cats like it yet or not and it's too early to tell since I received it today. I thought it was on the bit of the small size, and I have to large cats, but I'll wait and see what happens.

This water bowl is amazing!! We got our cat when she was very young (4-5 weeks, tops). She rarely drank out of her water bowl. She would only drink from my & my fiancés ice water cups. I even gave her, her own ice water cup on the floor, by her food. That did not even help. (Not only is she our spoiled baby, but I was desperate to find ways to get her to drink water). I was concerned about her water intake and not retaining enough water for proper health. Especially as a young kitten. I found this online and was instantly very intrigued! I really love that it cycles and filters the water. It doesn’t just sit stagnant. Yuck! I’ve never seen a product like this for animals., but I was interested, by the idea and not to mention the price was very affordable. I did my research on reviews, compared products, along with ease of use, how well it functions as a water bowl. This one had more pros compared to others. It arrived very quickly.My kitten was somewhat hesitant at first, but more curious. The flow of the water is just right, not too fast, or slow. Just nice and steady. Pretty quickly, she adapted to the bowl & she started drinking more water than I’d ever seen her drink, even out of cups! Not to mention, finally, I was scooping urine clumps from her litter!!The pump is extremely quiet. This unit makes ZERO noise. All you hear is a soft flow of water. And that is if the room is dead silent & you are trying to hear it.I plan to buy more, to keep on hand, not because I’m worried it will fail, but because things do happen, especially around cats! Bahahaha!! And our little fur baby princess is so picky! I don’t know what we would’ve done without this bowl!!Thank you for an amazing product!Side note: As depicted in the picture, there is a blue light that shines from within the tank. It doesn’t have an off switch, to my knowledge. It wasn’t very bright, no more than a night light. Recently, it did go out, but I have not checked out as to why & I’m not really not concerned as it doesn’t change the appearance, or any other part of the fountain.Side Note 2: The cord length is an average length for a counter top appliance.

It's OK but... Pros: it's looks nice, it holds a good amount of waterCons: there was still sludge and food debris at the bottom of the water holster, the filter kept falling into the water tank, and one of my dogs chewed the cord so it didn't last a week. It would be wise to invest in a wireless one.

"¡Mi mascota se adaptó muy rápidamente a esta fuente! Fue muy fácil de instalar y de limpiar. El flujo de agua realmente ayudó a animar a mi mascota a beber más. El material es de buena calidad. El ruido es muy discreto, pero dependiendo del entorno puede ser perceptible. Sólo hay que prestar atención a los filtros de recambio, que no son tan fáciles de encontrar. En general, ¡lo recomiendo!"

Great sleek and cool fountain. I needed something to replace my old cat fountain. And this definitely didn't disappoint. Instructions were fairly straightforward. Have to soak the filter for 5m and slide it in. Only thing I don't like is how I can't tell where the water is. It has a little blue light but you need to bend down to check. I used a measuring cup to add water to it,but I slowly poured it. I didn't want to take the top off,unplug it and do all that. Basically I'd buy it again.

This product was used for a single day. My cats do love to play in the water just for starters. I have another fountain similar made by someone else. They do love it so much but they can’t take that one apart as quickly/never do as soon this one. They take this one apart. I’m not sure if it’s because this is a new product but my cats don’t approve. I set it down and they take it apart. I think it’s the metal part where the two parts of water come out. I think it’s made of that nasty metal. That’s in some cups. Plus the suction part doesn’t suction good to the bottom of the fountain. This would work if my cats didn’t play in it as much and left it alone. But also the suction part wasn’t enough for them to :(. I guess that’s why there was a deal on this product when I bought it. But hey just my opinion I wouldn’t buy again :( and yes there’s going to be 0 photos because it’s just popped off the top and unusable
