Very nice fountain for my cat! Packaged nicely and arrived in great condition. Pump is quiet. There is a blue light in the small view window that nicely indicates the water level. A plus is that this replaces the small night light I use for my cat. I do suggest that the instructions for assembly be a bit clearer and precise; however, I assembled it quickly. The appearance and functioning are quite nice. Kitty was very curious and inspected it fully. Highly recommend.

The fountain was easy to set up and the instructions were clear. The fountain was almost silent. It was nice to have a choice of whether to use the faucet or not, and faucet was easily installed and removed. The fountain resembles a bathroom or kitchen sink, which intrigues the cats and attracts them to it. We're trying to encourage our cats to drink more after a urinary emergency. We chose this fountain because it was less expensive than the online pet store one that was similar. The quality seems to be just as high. We like that it is made of stainless steel rather than plastic because it will be easier to keep clean. We use water from our reverse osmosis drinking water filter in it. It does require a lot of water to keep it running, and we will make sure not to let it get low so we don't burn out the pump.

So far the cats and I love it. It’s super easy to clean (especially in comparison to the older model that I currently have). I think the only two things that I wish were different is that I wish that the pump had suction cups on the bottom of it to make it feel sturdier (like the old model I have) and I think it would’ve been better for the filters to not be encased by thick plastic as that is not as planet friendly as I would like.Other than that, I really love the fountain!

I am very happy with this water fountain as it has improvements to its parts and the sleek design is great looking. Assembly is very quick and instructions are clear so thank you for that. The parts to the fountain are much smaller than the older model I own and it seems easier to clean and replace with new water. I also like the idea of the sponges size smaller and the new filter because it won’t be as messy as the other type of sponges and filters. It’s a great quality water fountain worth the price. I’m happy that it is stainless steel and the fountain is quiet. Another thing I like to point out is the type of spout. It has easier access to clean with the included brush than it is with the single spout faucet design. A big plus I have 2 cats that are happy with their new water fountain and they can now enjoy fresh water at the same time. Overall I am very happy with this product. I recommend to anyone in search for a water fountain.

The water fountain works well and is very, very quiet. I like the option to remove the dual spout and just have the water bubbling for my cat who likes drinking from the top only. I also prefer the smaller window for water level as the blue light is not distracting at night time. The cord could be a little bit longer, but hasn’t been an issue. Keeps the water fresh and cold and both cats seem to like drinking from it. Assembly was super easy and cleaning is essential but doesn’t take very long at all. Remember to change your filter. I haven't put it in the dishwasher yet, although it does say dishwasher safe. This is definitely a much better for your cat than just leaving out bowls of water. I recommend this to any pet parent looking for a better and safer water option.

We upgraded from the older version to this one. We love the old one and we still use it, but we wanted another water bowl for another area of the house, and we decided we would upgrade to this version. This version is easier to set up, so far the cats like this bowl, particularly having two streams where they can drink from instead of the one. This new bowl doesn't feel like it needs to be against something, but can be accessed all around the bowl, so multiple cats can drink at once. Additionally, it also is marginally quieter than the other version.

This is a very nice stainless steel water fountain. It is so quiet, I’m not really aware of it at all. This is a second one for use here, in a different room. I already have a one spout model from the same supplier. It is amazingly easy to clean, so I know this one will be also. I had a question about the first one I bought, and their customer service response was swift, friendly and very helpful. My cat loves to drink from the fountain. She also does this very meditative thing of simply watching the water fall from the spout into the bowl, often for 20 minutes or more. Kitty health and entertainment!

So far I love this water fountain, stainless steel is definitely a better way to go for your furry friends! I’ve used plastic water fountain’s for 3 years now and now matter how much I cleaned it, it always smelt awful and got dirty so fast! This fountain stays clean longer and is way easier to clean, it comes with a very clear instruction manual showing all the steps to take apart and clean it then reassemble. Super straightforward. I like that it gives you the option to use the little T part or just leave it as is and comes with an extra sponge for the pump! I had bought this before there was ANY reviews, so I really took a chance here and I do not regret it one bit, perfect fountain for my cats I couldn’t be happier! I recommend this to any pet parent looking for a better and safer water option.
