I improved on the design to make it more user friendly for my cats. When I first set it up, the cats didn't know what to make of it though they were fascinated by it. They didn't seem to like to drink from the shallow pan. Maybe it's been all those years of drinking from a deep bowl but they were not using it for drinking, only playing.I decided to place a clear glass bowl on top of the pan so that the water pours into it then overflows down back to the pan. This worked out well because immediately they started drinking from the bowl. And now there is always some water sitting for them to drink. Otherwise, when they walk away and the unit is not engaged, the water drains from the pan. So problem solved, and they really enjoy it.Battery in unit needed to be charged every three days so far which is a letdown. I can't see it making it 15 days on one charge. However, the last time I charged it, I left it attached for well over five hours and now it seems to be running longer so time will tell if that is what needs to be done to make it run longer.Overall I am pretty happy with the purchase.

Love this because it's really easy to clean/recharge. the recharge doesn't take long and it lasts a few days which is the longest you should go without washing it anyway, so it's convenient. I really like the look and needed it to be rechargeable because i live in a small space and their water area isn't close to an outlet.the cats were skeptical at first but once they figured out the auto feature they started to love it. 10/10 recommend.

this is the best water fountain. the battery life is excellent!! I live in older apartment that barely has outlets and i wanted to give my kitty flowing water. I tried a few in the past and I would have to charge it every other day which was so annoying. I barely charge this one and its in a common area with lots of movement. Also, its really easy to clean and the price is great. I highly recommend it!

One of my cats is fascinated by this fountain and has figured out (after long contemplation) what makes it turn off and on. Both cats are definitely drinking more water now that they have the fountain. It's motion-activated so saves the battery's charge. The pump is quiet. The tank is easy to clean.

I was had high hopes for this foundation when I bought it as it had all the criteria I was looking for. The pump stopped working within 2 weeks despite being maintained as per the instructions. I had registered the warranty for the fountain and when I reached out to the company they told me I could buy a replacement pump. So clearly the warranty does not cover the pump which is obviously a crucial part of the fountain.

I’m giving this great little fountain five stars even though my scardy cats refuse to drink out of it! It was easy to set up, quiet, directions were easy to follow, easy to clean and loved the ability to use it wireless or wired. I can’t blame my cats too much, they are 16 and have never drank out of a fountain before. I wanted to make sure they were getting enough water and thought this would be a great way to monitor their water intake. They would prefer to continue to have me at their beck and call and scream at me when they want more of something. I’m giving this to my sister who has cats who love to drink out of fountains and who will be appreciative of all the fine qualities this fountain has to offer.

It was exactly what we needed! We have two cats, one is pretty skittish, but after a few days she finally came around. They both drink out of it. I think they really like it because it’s running water.In the past, someone always accidentally kicks over the water or it gets dirt or hair in it, but with this one, it always stays really clean and I like the sensor feature where it doesn’t run all day only when they drink out of it so that’s when I know they are using it. I also like the window in the front to show you how much water there’s in it so you don’t have to constantly be checking itIt says on the box that it’s indoor outdoor, but on the instructions it says indoor only. We will probably put one outside under an eve near an electrical plug so they can have access to good water all day.They usually drink out of the birdbath after the sprinklers have run, but we don’t run the sprinklers every day and in the summer it runs dry. So this water bowl will be perfect for that.

This is one of the Best Buy’s I could make for my multiple cat household. After putting it together, fairly easily, and going through the different settings, my cats just love it. They drink so much more water than they used to and I don’t have to keep refilling it daily. The different selections for dispensing water is nice. It can run continually, or it can circulate when they approach it or a timer mode. My cats like it on the timer which runs every 15 minutes to circulate the water then shuts off. The tank holds at least a quart and I put ice in the water to keep it cold.

The cat distribution system presented me with a stray who prefers fountain water. He loves this fountain, and it works great. I like the stainless steel construction and ease to clean. I clean it once a week (would get gross if less frequent), and I replace the filters every other week. We use it on the motion sensor control (battery powered), so I charge it for one hour once a week when I clean it. There’s no indicator letting you know the battery is fully charged, but we’ve been using this for over three months, and it’s never ran out of battery power so I’ll keep doing the one hour charge once a week. I love the water level window in the front, and it’s never leaked.
