I'm giving it 4 stars. It's better than I had hoped, but it requires a lot more cleaning than my other vacuum pump fountains.Pros:It holds a full gallon of water.The motor is silent (it's running in my kitchen right now).It is wireless with a vacuum pump filter system.It's stainless steel top.Cons:It has a unique shaped filter (square) not sure I can duplicate it with materials available.It came with a tool kit, which means you have to take something apart to clean it. So it requires more than a few minutes to clean it out.The pump goes directly in the water, and has it's own sponge filter. So that's 2 filters, and something to take apart to clean.

I give this more than five stars it's awesome very very quiet really happy with this product the cats love it put together within 3 minutes I highly recommend bought another brand as well not so good and I paid more for the other one lol

We received the product from a family member. At first it worked great, but after a couple of days it started beeping all the time. We charged the battery overnight, we changed out filters, we cleaned it per the instruction manual; still beeping every ten minutes or so. Would love an explanation or reason why its happening.

My cat loves it! The pump is very quiet, however the light to alert you that it needs to be cleaned is on no matter if it was just taken apart and cleaned.

I do like this water bowl as it has a large water capacity which makes filling less of a hassle. The design is nice and everything goes together intuitively and they include additional filters for long term use. The double filter system definitely ensures your pet is getting cleaner water than they would with an open bowl.The fact that it runs on battery is super cool but I prefer to keep mine plugged in and running as I have multiple pets.Now the part that is annoying… the sticker label shows indicators for red, orange, and white lights. This system blinks yellow.. which is not labeled or explained. It also beeps all the time with no indication of what the issue is. About every ten minutes *BEEP*….. plugged into power *BEEP*, unplugged and on battery *BEEP*, just refilled it and cleaned the filters *BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP*
