Have not started the car to see the performance of the converter because I am waiting on a downstream O2, but the fit was correct but not the pipe size. From my pictures, I reduced the 2inch new converter pipe to a 1 7/8 inch to then fit onto the old pipe. I did cut a four slits in the reduction pipe to allow it to better clamp on the old pipe. I cut more of the new pipe to get the reducer on that the old, fyi.The bolts that came with the converter are too small of a thread size for my 2009 Prius, so I reused the old bolts.

The pipe is too big, I had to weld it with adapters! It makes noise and writes the p0420 code

Junk. And only 30 day warranty? Just barely over 30 days and the P0420 code comes up today.

Pipe on the back of the back of catalytic converter was way bigger than the pipe that we cut on by muffler and had to fill the gap needs to be about 1/2 inch smaller

Only glaring issue is this Pipe is 2" OD, and the Prius this fits on uses 1" OD. Quick solution include an adapter to solve the issue as no one local has 1" to 2" adapters. Otherwise, awesome not this company's fault for Prius using such a small exhaust pipe. No Codes for Catalyst after 550 miles. Lucky maybe? I've always heard bad things about aftermarket cat's. :
