It's not very good at cutting through the old caulk

Unless I'm not putting this together correctly, it's not so great. There is nothing to really hold the silicone tips on well enough. The cutter sticks out the bottom and scrapes you hand while caulking if not careful.

BEST caulking TOOL EVER!!!! Iām working a job right now that I think the owners used five tubes of caulk in one of the bathrooms alone. All different kinds as well. It is taking me forever to do it and I got this tool and it made life so much easier. So easy to use to remove the caulk and to put the caulk back into with the different attachments to make it look perfect. So easy to use easy to clean definitely affordable. I would recommend this to anybody. It has a lot of different functions.

Got this to make some caulk repairs around the house. Does a really good job at removing the old stuff and there are a few options for doing so, such as a hook knife or scraper head. Where this really shines is for applying new caulk though, and there are a number of different silicone tips (5 I think?) of varying sizes that help to get a nice and smooth caulk line. The tool is well-made and feels pretty substantial in the hand, has a soft pad at the grip point. Definitely recommend if you need to redo caulk around the house.

Nice simple tool to use and easily removed old caulking without damaging the surrounding tiles. Good value.

This is a compact tool that does the job as intended. I have used this tool for shaping up the caulk and its simple to work with. Easy to remove caulk if needed, sturdy and easy to store. Nothing I can complain about. Good for the money spent.

This tool has nearly everything you will need to re caulk.The Push forward and pull backward tool work well.The Caulking finishing tool is perhaps the best part of the tool - I really liked the way it worked.Depending on corners and space issues you might still need a few other tools - especially to get the old caulk out but I have no complaints about this tool.

Got this to re-caulk a shower and it definitely made removing the old stuff easier. Still went back with a strait razor but this did the bulk of the work. The smoothing ends on it worked great for nice clean lines.
