The track is strong and the rollers are smooth as many reviews have said. What they don't tell you is the segmens are joined using a small aluminium bracket that fits over the top with tiny screws that push into the track. This causes the tracks to misalign and the pulleys keep getting caught on the joints.The other problem is the ceiling mount brackets which clip on using spring-mounted plastic tabs. Once clipped it is almost impossible to get off again. I needed pliers with a lot of force. If I did that while it was attached to the ceiling it would rip the gyprock apart. I will be discarding this product and looking for a better designed one.

We needed one long enough for 16ft, so ordered the 18ft. Cut just a little piece off and added at the end and it worked great. Just make sure to leave room for the end cap. Came with all hardware and extra for wall mounting. Just enough rollers for my curtains I ordered separately! Would definitely recommend this ceiling track! Good thick materials

The tracks are good quality and smooth at sliding. However I won't recommend it for ceiling installation if the length is more than 9ft because the brackets for holding the tracks together is on top so you need to assemble the whole track and get it to the ceiling which makes it very hard.

I did not want to see the track. I wanted the top of the curtain to be skimming the ceiling. When hung using this the top bunched weird as it didn’t hold the curtain high enough. You also need to be careful with what kind of curtain you intend to hang.This system looked like hospital curtains for me, which was not the look I wanted.

This was easy to install with 2 people. The rail works very smoothly. I hung black out very long drapes and the rail is handling the weight very well. We did use the anchors on every screw.

Have bought other curtain track systems before and this one beats them all. The biggest thing is how you put two piece of track together, on top of the track instead of in the track like others. This does not affect mounting on ceiling as it is very thin. It is hard to separate the two pieces out of shipping box but get something metal, like hammer claw or screwdriver to pop apart. The rollers are the best, so smooth and quiet! Needed some help from customer service and they were exceptionally kind and helpful and sending me what I need! Will get again in future!
